Return/Exchange Policy 

We hope that you love your new products from Earthy.tones, however in the event you need a refund/exchange please contact us at earthy.tones@hotmail.com and add the below details 
- Name 
- Order number
- Address
- Phone number 
- Reason for return

Change of mind returns
We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about an order, however we are able to offer a store credit.
We only offer change of mind return within 10 days of receiving the order. 

Defective product returns
We will only offer a refund if we are unable to replace the product. We must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Afterpay returns
Any returns items purchased via Afterpay will incur a 6.6% + .30c processing fee.


In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included. 


Exclusions
- We are unable to accept returns on any items that have been used, worn, assembled or damaged in any way post purchase.
- All SALE items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- For the health and safety of our customers Skincare, Bottles and Pacifiers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned due to hygiene risks.

Delivery and shipping 
- Delivery and shipping costs are non refundable.
If an item is to be returned, the return 
shipping costs will be at the customers expense. 
- In the event of a refund/store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- When returning your items we recommend using registered post with tracking as we do not take responsibility of items that get lost or damaged in transit.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 5 business days and you will be issued with a store credit via email. Store credits will be valid for 12 months.
